The quality was off and couldn't even read name. Also, it was personalized, but shipping took way, way too long

Service is lacking- there has been silence from your company after first response from you. I want my refund for your defective product and you aren't responding.

I’ve had the worst experience with this brand. I received an incorrect order and have emailed 6 times asking for help to fix the issue. I never heard back. I’ll never buy from this brand again

My wife was thrilled for the Barbwire bundle that we ordered. We also paid for the warranty protection package thing as well for it. When it came, the necklace came broken. Not a huge deal, reached out to customer service and they were quick to get us a new one on the way. After getting that resolved, my wife tried out the bracelet and within the first hour of wearing it, it broke. I reached back out to customer service explaining our displeasure and how we would like a refund as the quality and craftsmanship does not nearly reflect the price that was paid for these items. I was then ghosted for over 11 days. In that time I sent several follow ups emails with no response whatsoever. I finally got a response from them saying they would send a replacement bracelet which I did not ask for nor did I want. I simply wanted a return and refund of my money. Several more days go by and they finally respond again saying they can’t give a refund. I will never be buying anything again from here. Not just because the products quality is awful, but because the customer service and how they treated me in addition to the lack of response on their end. There are plenty other places and sites that take pride in their quality and craftsmanship and help out and take care of their customers.
