Never received item and it never shipped. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response and unable to get a refund. Might be a scam website.

Weirdest experience— they told me the name was too short (3 letters)— and when I asked for a refund instead of store credit they shipped it. And it looks dumb but still a cool vibe. Waste for money and took over a month to get to me with slow customer service responses. (Name should say “Kit” but that’s not obvious)

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. It took weeks to receive any update on my order, and I was only informed that it had “shipped” after I reached out myself. When the package arrived, both items were incorrect. After following up, I was told the correct items were actually out of stock. If the items were unavailable and not expected to be restocked, I should have been notified and refunded. Instead, incorrect items were knowingly sent. To make matters worse, I was issued a gift card worth less than half of my original order total, effectively keeping a portion of my payment without delivering what I purchased. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and suggest spending your money with businesses that communicate clearly and respect their customers.
