I haven’t received my bracelet I purchased on 12/18. I sent 3 separate emails starting in January waiting for the 1-2 day response the company says to do but have gotten nothing. The USPS tracking info says the label was created on 12/19 but is still waiting for the item. I tried hard waiting to not write this review but after getting no replies I felt I was out of options.

So bad. Ordered an in stock item a they ghosted me for 2 months.

It was sent to the wrong address. I didn’t receive it.
