1 star for more than just one reason. The necklace is not what you except when received compared to the pictures of it. It genuinely looks cheaply made and the “iced” part looks like it’s an afterthought when you see the necklace in-hand. If I would have paid full price for this item I would be perusing my return further, but for what I paid I will take this as a lesson and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You can’t return something you are unhappy with, their response was basically too bad, so sad. I am very disappointed in this company, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them, you can find the same cheap necklace on Temu or SHEIN for a 10th of the price. Highly disappointed, don’t waste your time or your money on this company. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I never received my order

It took 6 weeks to arrive. The clasp broke the literal first time I put it on and they will not let me return the purchase - requiring me to send it back to wait another 5-8 weeks for it to be repaired/replaced. What is supposed to be texture on my piece is actually just tiny circles that were clearly lasered onto it but an automated machine. Overall a cheap piece and their customer service sucks.

Not satisfied, I expected more care for a personalized item that cannot be refunded. My necklace arrived bent and I haven't heard back from customer service about receiving store credit.
