This locket would have been nice if it was marketing properly and the size that is pictured and promised. The locket part (Heart with photo, this is the only thing qualifying as a locket). It measures at . 5” not . 75” that is only 66% of the advertised size which is just false advertising. I have had a frustrating experience with customer support which is very tiring and disappointing since this locket and the photo inside was supposed to be very sentimental and a piece I would have worn daily.

I love the necklace. However, even though I was told the necklace was in stock it took a month to ship. When I inquired about this I was not given any answers. Very very disappointed in the customer service.

They didn’t allow me to return the item which was sharp and painful. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone

Received the wrong item and I ordered silver not gold. Emailed, called, followed up and super unresponsive unfortunately. i like the brand but customer service is not super helpful
