Great rings, poor service
I ordered a wedding band to go with my JBJ engagement ring that my husband purchased in 2024. I communicated with customer service throughout the sizing process. After I provided my final size, an agent asked me if I had purchased an engagement ring because it wasn't showing up on my account. I sent the link to the ring that I have and explained that my husband had purchased it. I received no response. Days later, I received an email in the same support case from a different agent telling me that production was on hold for my ring because I hadn't bought a matching engagement ring. I sent all of the info again and several weeks later received my ring (which is great, I love it!). I'm just really scratching my head as to why the support agents waited so long into the process to request my engagement ring info if that was required to make the wedding band, and doubly scratching my head as to why that info was not accepted the first time I sent it.
