Looks amazing, however the time from order to delivery was excessive

I am so very thrilled with the ring that Jewelry by Johan made for me to give my husband. It was a completely custom job with materials I selected which were meaningful to us. Some of them were quite exotic. The ring was not inexpensive, but it was not outrageously overpriced either. My husband loved the ring and I am very satisfied with the product. My only complaint is that the customer service reps were not quick to respond to emails, and they did not proactively explain process delays and long periods of silence after I hit paid for the ring. Overall, though, I recommend Jewelry by Johan significantlyover the other custom jewelry folks that advertise on Facebook.

The ring is beautiful. Only issue is that Max was an Aussie with 4 fur colors. The grey, black and brown were included. A sample of his white fur which was about 30% of his coloring was missing.

The ring is absolutely beautiful. We only saw it today because it was on its way to St Paul Minnesota instead of St Paul AlBERTA which was very disappointing because it did not arrive for the occasion it was bought for.

Other than confusion with the sizing of a special order ring that delayed delivery for weeks, my overall experience was acceptable. The ring is beautiful
