Thanks so much to the Ralph Jacob's team. They made the process as seemless as possible - even with an unexpected sizing change (My own error). Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend them anytime. Now it's for my better half to say yes so we can get planning on the wedding and wedding band. Will share some pics of the proposal! *fingers crossed

I’d like to personally thank Sameeya and Nikita for their amazing work on my ring. From day 1 to the very end they have both gone above and beyond. I put in a custom order for an engagement ring, I can honestly say they created a carbon copy of what I wanted. Before finding Ralph Jacob’s I went to many other jewellers with my designs and was left disappointed with all of them. Sameeya guided me throughout the entire process making sure I was never left in the dark. I went into this whole process a bit nervous as I had no clue about diamonds, metals and settings.
