Bracelet is ready to break after just a few weeks

Love your jewelry, customer service has something to be desired! I emailed the following below 2 weeks ago - no response! Aloha Misha Hawaii, I am writing to request an exchange. My wife so kindly and sweetly bought our one year old daughter and I the matching bracelets for Christmas. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived and Christmas came, the bracelet won’t even go over my daughter’s hand (she grew so much in so little time!) so she cannot wear it. Is there any way we can exchange it for a bigger size so she can wear it? I am aware there is probably a restocking fee etc. It was such a sweet gift and we have a bunch of your jewelry and gift it to relatives all the time so we are big fans and regular customers. My necklace broke the first day I wore it!

The stone is so small. I was aware of the measurements coming in but was still shocked to see it. I reached out to customer service 3 times. Not 1 reply. I sent in my necklace for an exchange ($13 in shipping) - as there are no returns - and will be charged a $40 restocking fee. So it's costing me $53 to get store credit. This is on top of the $400 i've spent.
