Bad customer service. Rude.

More than 30 sec after I completed my order) messaged Misha Hawaii and explained the situation and asked if I could still get the promotional jewelry case. I received a message back saying “this one time they will do it, and next time I forget they won’t.” What kind of response is that, so rude. I was very disappointed in that response from them. Anyhow, I got my order but they did not give me the case. No big deal, not like I really needed it. I just felt like that was very bad customer service and treated rudely. I’ve purchased a lot of things from Misha but since have stopped.
