I talked my sister into buying Fukubukaru “lucky” box. The $200 box with $400 worth of merchandise. Her box arrived before mine and was full of beautiful jewelry, including black Tahitian necklace. Got mine the next day….so disappointed. So much disparity in quality of boxes. Of course sister offered me one of her pretty necklaces. I got baby gold earrings instead of necklace. Wrong item delivered that cost half

The bracelet I received was not as shown. When I asked to return it, I was told I could only get a credit. When I went to use the credit, I could not use the code for the sale price because I used the return credit. Poor customer service.

Shipping confirmation took a week before any email went out.
