The original necklace I received had tan colored sand but should have been Anna Maria Island sand, which is white so I spoke with Jessica about an exchange, Along with the exchange, I was supposed to have an order form to order a second necklace but did not receive the form. Foolishly, I wrote a letter requesting another necklace with Pensacola Beach sand, which I enclosed. I received the exchange with white sand but no mention of the second necklace. Now I am not sure what sand is in the necklace I did receive and have not ordered the second necklace.

I asked to have two extra beads added to a $55.00 bracelet and was told it would cost an additional $35.00. After complaining, I was charged $10.00. Your costs are getting a bit ridiculous. As a repeat customer, I was happy with my purchase but disappointed with the pricing of TWO extra beads.

I originally bought one of your beads down the cape years ago, it now feels incredibly impersonal based on emails I have gotten back. They are ALL very canned and feel as though they are being pushed out. I am so happy for your company that it is doing so well, but definitely feels as though it lost that “special” feeling that it used to have. However, I did place an order and anxiously await my product. I am hoping it is still as beautiful as they used to be!💚
