Unhappy with Customer Service

I love the products however customer service needs to improve. My sunflower petal bracelet broke off my wrist while I was at a restaurant eating dinner so no physical contact with anything just broke. When I contacted customer service with a picture I was given a link to download a form which I did. I was surprised there was no shipping label. I contacted customer service by phone and was informed shipping was my responsibility also was told bracelet was probably too small which is why it broke (it wasn’t) also suggested$ I measure my wrist and include it with the form which I did. Never received an email confirmation of returned item. Received replacement and now it is too big. Very unhappy did not expect this kind of customer service from such a fine product line.

Unfair

I should not have to pay to ship an item back to you that I've had less than 6 months for repair because your ring seperated and broke. It's a non-starter and I won't purchase from Dune ever again.

Return Experience

I bought several sand bracelets. One broke within a week. It took a long time to complete the return process. I had sent in the request to return, and waited and waited. Finally reached out when the replacement did not come. Then was told they had no record. I sent the email exchange. Which their email system is set up really weird. Difficult to follow the emails. I finally received the bracelet and it doesnt stay tight, it immediately loosens and falls off.
