Return Experience
I bought several sand bracelets. One broke within a week. It took a long time to complete the return process. I had sent in the request to return, and waited and waited. Finally reached out when the replacement did not come. Then was told they had no record. I sent the email exchange. Which their email system is set up really weird. Difficult to follow the emails. I finally received the bracelet and it doesnt stay tight, it immediately loosens and falls off.
