The sand globe element came off one of my sand globe earrings. I was so disappointed. I went back to the store I bought them from and learned of the warranty that comes with Dune Jewelry. After contacting Dune, they sent a label to me. I mailed my earrings to them . Soon I received my earr6back, beautifully repaired. Great customer service and awesome jewelry.

I saw Dune Jewelry as part of a bank advertisement. It appealed to me as I could have Dune create a necklace with beach sand from one of our favorite beaches. I then had the upper "wave" changed to Sea Glass. It arrived and She Loves it. Perfect Gift. Thank You Dune. Jewelry. And the bonus is: part of the cost goes to ocean problems. I'll be back.
