My daughter's necklace broke and I contacted Dune who in turn told me to return it to them, where the fixed it at no charge and returned to me in a quick time frame.

I’ve reached out twice now about warranty/sizing issues. These guys over at Dune are incredible. Might take a day or two to get a response but that is completely normal. They offer options and what’s the best one. Never had an issue with anything I’ve purchased from Dune and the only thing I did was sizing but that’s my fault and when I did they took care of it right away. Amazing company I love what they stand for and I always come back for more.

They have some of the most creative designs and elements, and if you need assistance in picking, the sand stylist is very helpful.
