Customer service is horrendous

Worst ever

Shipped from a third party, not luminox even though I purchased on the luminosity website. Took a week to ship. Probably won’t buy from Luminox again. Prices are better in dealer websites.

I didn’t receive watch strap return to your company

I never received the order you incompetent idiots.
