Luminox

This watch came defective and had to be sent back. Luminox received this watch on the 13th of Feb and since then I have had little to no communication on my order being replaced. This watch was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband who is currently a law enforcement officer and former USMC Veteran. He was so excited to get this watch for Christmas and has been severely let down when it was not functional and asks me at least twice a week if I have heard anything from Luminox regarding the replacement watch. We are both very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company.

I was sent the wrong product and the correct band was never sent to me.

Terrible

no customer service, don't waist your time or money

The product still has not arrived after a month.
