Inspired Silver (magento)

I was very excited for my Houston Strong ornament for our tree this year, and I was sent the wrong one. It took weeks to finally get the new one sent. I received it in February.... Merry Christmas.. BOO

Several months ago, I ordered 5 "Vegas Strong" ornaments from this company as Christmas gifts. The ornaments arrived damaged, with peeling and bubbling stickers. After contacting the company to arrange an exchange/refund, they insisted I email them photos of the damaged product rather than mail them back, which I thought was strange but did. I never heard back from anyone regarding how to facilitate a refund or exchange, and basically just threw away $50 for cheaply made ornaments I was too embarrassed to give as gifts.
