The ornament was not as nice as I thought it would be and it took a LOT longer to get here than I was told .

Product turned colors quickly and broke within a week

Very, Very disappointed with the quality of this item. The name is so small you can barely read it. The bracelet chain is not the same advertised on your web site. I will not be placing anymore orders with you.

My item broke after my 3 wear

The product that I ordered was advertised as a scarf and was actually more like a shawl upon arrival and therefore too big to be worn as a scarf as intended. After my correspondence to customer service requesting return and refund, I received a prompt reply that my request would be submitted to management for consideration and that was the last reply I ever received. Several follow up attempts to contact customer service by email to inquire about my request resulted in no reply as well. No consideration for customer service at all. Do not recommend this website for any purchases.
