Can’t get a response from shop about my missing item.

Company did not pay enough postage, shipped it all around the US instead of to Seattle where I ordered it to. Missed Mother’s Day despite ordering before the cut off. Poorly run business, do not order.

I appreciate the fact that they got back with me on a weekend and offered to replace my charm - but don’t like the fact that this happened legit first day of getting my bracelet and charms. Hoping the new lockets will hold up.
