I love The wait time was really short, it arrived very quickly and safely. That's an A plus. The only thing is that I thought the charm was much bigger and not so small. And the chain, I thought, was a little thicker, but it was still very happy. I liked the quality of the material and the shipping service.

The charms were perfect but the chain for the bracelet was the tiniest chain I’ve ever seen. I have very small wrists and it was tight on my wrist but unfortunately this was a gift for my mother in law and it didn’t fit her. We spent a couple hundred on this bracelet and it was such a bummer that it didn’t get to work out for her. I saw the extenders after seeing if anyone else noticed how small the bracelets are but it doesn’t match the chain and we wanted the bracelet to have a seamless look and the extender wasn’t going to give that. Really disappointed about it not working out!
