Love the jewelry, but have had great difficulty with FedEx deliveries. The delivery people aren't allowed phones, so even if you are home to sign, they can't reach you in a condo building. Still trying to track down a delivery from December. Now sending to FedEx delivery center, but they don't call either!

Somewhat easy to return but too many emails back and forth. Finally got someone on the phone. Shipped them back. Could be more attentive. Too bad I had to return my earrings but they didn’t latch. After I get my money back I’ll shop for another pair!
