I originally purchased several items whilst on 'Anthem of Seas'. The sales team were excellent and represented your company brilliantly. I followed this up by purchasing earrings via your website. Due to myself being in another country there was an expected delay in receiving the items due to international shipping however the wait was worth the while.

It came as planned

Ordered the pendant (with chain) online at Effy’s website and received the pendant two days later via FedEx. FedEx sent me delivery updates via text which made it easier to plan my day and be at home to sign for it. The whole purchasing and delivery experience was flawless. Impressive!
