I was told I would be contacted back, no one ever reached out.

I did not receive my order

4 days after putting it on the screw fell out. It’s a joke spend 130 dollars for that quality. Went by the direction to a tee too.

Cara advertised free shipping. Several days after receiving the urn necklace I received a bill from FedEx for $59. 64 This was not disclosed to me when I ordered and this was not authorized by me. I will be disputing this charge.

Very disappointed. No way can I get cremains into the locket. I didn’t realize it’s so small.
