I was told these would be delivered by Christmas so I ordered and now the tracking says I will not receive until next week. I would have gone elsewhere and I spent all my Christmas money on these. My daughter lost a baby late term these will hold his ashes. Wish she would have told me I would not be able to get them by Christmas. Terrible

If there were an option to choose NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD I NEVER received necklace nor any refund ! This company is one of the worst !

I think this product is falsely advertised as being better than it really is. Quality is terrible.
