I loved the product but not the delivery device! UPS customer service was really bad. The first day the guy lied about someone refusing the delivery, so they said the wouldn’t re deliver it. So I said I would pick it up. Drive down there to UPS thinking my item is there to be picked up. Only to find out it’s being re relieved. That was so up setting. Maybe next time we should have it be picked up at the UPS store.

No reply after email was sent stating disappointment in my item.

Chain was broken. Wrote email and didn’t hear back

Did not receive the first shipping, had to pay for another one for half the price but I feel it is not right. I could easily call my credit card and dispute but I decided to just let it go, Nothing much matters after my son died.
