Customer service was great with resolving the issues

My item arrived with scratches on the front and back.

Had alot of trouble with the delivery date & status

Had it barely a week and the clasp has broken. I am devastated 😭

I'll have to get back to you as i have not received it yet. I just got a notice that it will be even later now.
