Necklace is great - very pretty, but it is very difficult getting ashes in it. It was very much a struggle. I was only able to get very few ashes inside the urn. It appears as if it will hold "a necklace amount of ashes". It does not.

Shipping was very fast engraving was very easy. Packaging is beautiful, but it doesn’t look how it did on the website in the picture. It looks like it has a whish iridescent type color on the one side, but I received and it is all just plain silver very nice, but not what was in the picture.

It’s a nice piece, but I thought for the money I spent the quality would be better. I have to go to a local jewelry store now to buy a nice, stronger chain.

Shipping was fast, but quality of item is poor.

The measurements on the website should be adjusted.
