My fiancé was really happy with his ring overall, however I was really disappointed that the engraving was so tiny and light he didn't even notice it. Even after I asked him, "Can you read what I put on the inside?" He could barely make out the "I love you." Good ring overall but I don't recommend engraving it's not worth it.

Took my money fast enough. 30 day return policy does not mean much. deal with a company that offers 30 day return from the date you get the ring not 30 day return from purchase of the ring!!! To much fine print! like 15 WORKING days to ship the ring !! ESTAMATED time for shipment to you !!! This wording use up your 30 day return policy pretty fast. Big thanks to kay for stepping in to get my ring to me. The ring is fantastic!!! appraisal 8,500 over what I paid (13,000) . My wife had a lot of tears when she saw the ring. Thank you Brilliance

While the earrings look good, it took a month to deliver them. That's unexceptional. We want to keep two but return two and now I'm outside the 30 day purchase window. I left a message with one of your folks for a return code but if you can give me one sooner, that'd be great.

The size was to small, and it cannot be sized. Very disappointed

The people were very helpful with helping me purchase the engagement ring. They made a mistake and forgot to include some documentation in the box that I need. I have contacted them several times over the week and I was told it will be emailed soon a week ago. The person responsible for emailing the documentation hasn’t replied at all to me even though I have expressed the urgency of the situation.
