The customer service is great. John spent many hours with me and helped me find a perfect 1.09 carat diamond. But the person who built the ring set made it a four prong instead of six prong as described in the order. So I had to spend a few hours to coordinate with them team to ship it back to ask for adjustment.

I ordered a wedding ring for my wife. the workmanship and service was great. it took approx. 3+ weeks to get this order. that is the only thing I was unhappy about. Brilliance's documentation on the product we purchased including the gia cert and the gemological report were the icing on the cake.
