I love my new Radiant Cut 1.05 Diamond ring with a Channel Setting. I get so many compliments. I got to pick the diamond and the quality with a very good price. It arrived perfectly with an appraisal and nice box. I do like James Allen presentation of their rings a little better. But mine is nice. I would buy from them again. I am planning on getting the Channel Set Wedding Ring to match the Engagement Ring.

The ring took 10 WEEKS to finish but they did send a temp ring for the hassle. When the ring I ordered FINALLY arrived I loved it. Luckily I had no time constraints though.

While there were unnecessary last- minute hoops to jump through before shipping my ring, the overall experience was wonderful due to the efforts by super star Anthony Cappola. He went far beyond the norm to make me happy. As I am a novice regarding fine jewelry, Anthony was very informative, patient and thorough. He was a joy to work with. He even stood in line after work to make sure my ring was shipped overnight. I am happy to tell anyone that your jewelry is first class, excellent quality and a great value. P.S... They were a lot smaller then they looked . Really tiny

Took a little longer to receive the ring than I thought that it would. The dinosaur bone inlay is VERY dark, almost so dark that you can't really tell anything is there. It is beautiful if you look at it closely though!
