I was kind of iffy at first about an online purchase for something so important and such a big purchase, but Erin was able to walk me thru everything, answering all my questions and basically after a lot of research on my part about diamond grading I decided to go with brilliance instead of a major mall retailer. It was the best choice I could've made. Saved money and got a way better diamond!
