Better than Expected!!

I have order two rings and one diamond from Brilliance and no matter what staff member I received assistance from they all provided outstanding customer service. They are the standard that other companies can hope to achieve in customer service. This is where I will buy all of my jewelry from now on.

We ordered a band that was a little to big and we sent it back and they fixed it for us no questions asked!!!

I'm an analytical guy that has to research every possible scenario before I make an important purchase, particularly one as important as an engagement ring. I did a little research about online jewelry shopping, but it just seemed almost too good to be true. Brilliance had the best prices, and I was looking to buy something undervalued. I made a leap of faith and bought something that seemed to be about 60% of market value. I received the ring after about 12 or so business days. The ring is beautiful, and I will shortly be proposing, so wish me luck. The diamond I bought was GIA certified and came with an appraisal report. I would recommend Brilliance diamonds to anyone. If you are looking to buy something undervalued, then you should give Brilliance a try.
