I was on the Brilliance website long before I purchased my first ring. I loved looking at all of the settings and different diamond shapes. Actually, it was when my husband saw me on the site looking at all of the diamonds, that he decided that he wanted me to get a new diamond ring.....lucky me!!!!

My Fiancé' and I ordered her engagement ring from Brilliance and we couldn't have been more pleased. The original diamond that we wanted turned out to already be sold and the customer service rep actually found us a better, more expensive diamond and gave it to us for the same price as the original. The service and selection were outstanding. The website is great. The ring turned out just as beautiful as we hoped. We were nervous about buying online, but we couldn't have been more pleased.

Buying from overseas I was very wary and a little skeptical, however the service Andy C provided via email was impeccable. Having some trouble re-selecting a diamond, Brilliance arranged beautiful alternatives which were actually better than my initial choice. Although I had to wait a little longer than expected for it to be shipped, I received my beautifully boxed engagement ring within 3 days of it being sent. The ring it's self is better than anything I saw at local jewelers and cost half the price, allowing me to really make it special. I don't buy jewellery often, however Brilliance will be my first choice in the future and they have a customer for life within me.
