My honest experience with Brilliance has been amazing . My diamond engagement ring is breathtaking Kay really took the time listening to the specifics with what my fiance was looking for and what a fantastic collaboration it was . I then reached out to Kay for his ring the mother of pearl band he loved it . The weight , the color, the style all of it was exceptional .The only glitch was it was a half size to small so I had to send it back...(No fault of brilliance) for resizing and I needed it back quickly .They handled it no problem . Customer service is outstanding ,prices are reasonable and the quality speaks for itself. Thank you Kay and everyone who played a part in making this memory exceptional
