I recently purchased a ring which was made specifically with a diamond i had picked. the process was seemless and i couldnt be happer with the results. The service was excellent with great communication throughout with design, delivery and also the help in ensuring i had it how i wished it to be.

The shipping was late. It wasn't shipped until the last minute when there was plenty of time. It was shipped with an overnight courier but because of the $ value was held up at the border and resulted in an extra expense of $300.00 Canadian to get it. Had they shipped even one day earlier this could have been avoided.
