Ring was very late for delivery and even after I got the ring the diamond looked very dull and terrible. I sent it back immediately.

Tried to scam me by saying I could not return a custom ring even though that is not listed on their website anywhere and the ring came damaged!!

Still unable to get information from the support team to complete an exchange. Responses should be completed Within 24hours not weeks.

Never got the ring, seller lied about selling product, lied about keeping us posted and we are still waiting to have to be refund. We had to open a dispute with our bank. NO WONDER WHY THEY DON T HAVE REVIEWS
