Buyer beware

My Fiance and I ordered an engagement ring that was supposed to be with a natural diamond. When we received the ring it was poorly made and all the prongs were uneven and different sizes. The diamond was yellow and heavily included. Before we ordered the ring I called to see what certification the diamond came with and was assure it was IGL. The certificate I received was a sketchy company called SGL. When I googled the company there is a random address listed in Israel. The ring and diamond looked absolutely terrible. I took the ring to another jewelry to see if the diamond was even real and was informed I was sold an "enhanced" diamond. And enhanced diamond is one of the lowest quality diamond with the worse clarity that was treated in acid to hide the imperfections. I feel this company falsely advertised this as a natured VS2 diamond. Also when I contacted them for a refund they kept giving me the run around saying that they can replace the stone with lab created. If I wanted a fake diamond I would have said so. I don't even think that was a fair resolution. I mailed the ring back and they assured me it would only take two days for a refund. After several emails and phone calls it took a week to finally process. We feel like we wasted our time and now we have to wait once again and delay our engagement. We have decided to move forward with a more reputable jeweler. Buyer beware! You get what you pay for!

I received the ring I

I received the ring I ordered in a decent amount of time, and while a really nice product, I wasn't in love with it so I sent it back. The "Hassle free" return has been anything but so far. After being questioned about my reasons for returning the item, I was finally sent a return label and some very odd instructions on how to properly return the ring. I followed all instructions and my ring was delivered back to the company almost 1 month ago, yet I still have not received a refund or any confirmation that the item was returned outside of a customer service chat saying they're working on my refund ASAP which has been told to me twice now and I've also found it odd that the same customer support rep who emailed me after I purchased the ring, is the person who I keep getting when I do online chats. Feels fishy. I considered buying another ring from them once I was refunded, but this "hassle free" return process has been a huge turn-off. If there's a brick and mortar you can consider or a more credible online business, I'd say start there because if you aren't sure about the item you get from BestBrilliance it can get really inconvenient.

Poor service

We needed to get our ring resized. Paul sent us a label. We sent the ring in with our size request & order number. Paul then sent us a second label. No idea why. We used the first label. I emailed to make sure BB received the ring. Paul told me it wasn’t sent yet. He was following the second label. I had to send him the correct link. When we got the ring back it was size incorrectly. We sent a pic with a ring sizer. Paul refused to make it right. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only will I never buy from you again, I will never recommend you.
