I received the ring I ordered in a decent amount of time, and while a really nice product, I wasn't in love with it so I sent it back. The "Hassle free" return has been anything but so far. After being questioned about my reasons for returning the item, I was finally sent a return label and some very odd instructions on how to properly return the ring.
I followed all instructions and my ring was delivered back to the company almost 1 month ago, yet I still have not received a refund or any confirmation that the item was returned outside of a customer service chat saying they're working on my refund ASAP which has been told to me twice now and I've also found it odd that the same customer support rep who emailed me after I purchased the ring, is the person who I keep getting when I do online chats. Feels fishy.
I considered buying another ring from them once I was refunded, but this "hassle free" return process has been a huge turn-off. If there's a brick and mortar you can consider or a more credible online business, I'd say start there because if you aren't sure about the item you get from BestBrilliance it can get really inconvenient.
