Waiting for resolution

It took a second for me to receive one of my rings but Adore was in contact with me about the delay. Upon receipt, they are both stunning!

I hesitated to replace my Victoria enamel ring after the stone FELL OUT of the first one I bought a few years ago. But i LOVED that ring so I finally bit the billet and got another one. Imagine my disappointment when he ring was nowhere to be found in my order despite my cc definitely being charged. Not really feeling the “Black excellence” vibe the marketing purports this brand offers atm

The envelope delivered was pilfered. Have reordered the same item. No telephone number. No response from customer service. Sent from Kansas City, website says made by people in nyc, return address label is from Atlanta. Things happen. But maybe a response would be in order?
