Never received order
Ring was ordered in april for a wedding in June. it's june 28th and I still do not have it! Tried to cancel it and they would NOT cancel.

Not great. The ring I ordered was not 14k as advertised. No one got back to me about a return when I reached out
I’ve sent the ring back. PId my own shipping. No clue if it has been received and a refund issued. Someone should please let me know ASAP.
