The band is very thin and it’s extremely light, feels cheap. It’s also very stiff and sits crooked on my wrist. I would return, but I don’t trust sending back a $900 watch. It will sit in the draw and probably not get worn. The 2 positives are the case is very shiny and it’s automatic so If I don’t wear it for years it should still work.

My other got cancelled and received way less money for my refund

Received the incorrect watch and the promo code wasn't applied to my order. Customer service corrected the discount, however, because the company does not offer exchanges, I had to return the incorrect watch and they would not honour the discount code on the re-order. Very disappointing.

I'm in fire. You refused to sell and deliver your watches, although firstly withdrawed money from my card. And now, already second time, you are interesting how is my purchase. Is your customer relations service in right mind?
