Watch doesn’t work

Received my husbands Christmas gift: a BOLD watch. Doesn’t work. He wore it out on Christmas Day and the time didn’t move. Have emailed customer service and haven’t heard back. This is the second movado watch that wasn’t working properly. The first needed to be sent away and was a huge hassle to get it fixed. Movado doesn’t make the watch properly and then the customer has to do the leg work to rectify the issue. Won’t be buying again.

Disappointed

Now while it may not be the fault of Movado, I still have no received my replacement order. The first order was received within on day. It has now been over a week and I still don't have my mother's birthday gift.

Wring watch ship as gift

I paid for a gold Heritage Series Circa $1,095 and the watch shipped as a gift to another state was a watch that cost $480.60 less. Great brand and amazing quality but check on your gifted items. Can you imagine if I was never sent a thank you picture.

It’s pretty but

Love the look of the bracelet. However the second day I wore it it, one end got stuck in the shirt and it bent. So now there’s a bend in it and it will probably break if it happens again. Wish it were more sturdy. Even if it were more expensive but a better quality, I would buy it.
