I’m satisfied with the ring I purchased but it took 8 months to arrive. At one point I was sent the wrong ring in the wrong size, and it was in bad shape (looked chipped from factory defects). Some of the customer service agents I spoke to since my original order date were helpful, informative, and empathetic, while one or two were not at all helpful, hence the 4 star rating.

I have no complaints. good service and quality of products

One of the studs I ordered had some grey junk on it and it was impossible to clean off and went matte when polished with cloth. Very disappointed.
