I want to return due to lack of quality. How can I do that?

I put in the wrong address for my order which is totally my fault, but when I contacted customer service I never heard anything back from them :-( hope someone else enjoys my necklace.

The ring itself was so cute I liked it. Looked just as advertised. Though I did have an issue with the packaging as it was shipped loose in a box where it was banging around in. Some simple foam or tissue would have solved that.

Processing my order took weeks. It wasn’t even sent until I finally contacted someone. They were very nice and helpful, but never responded to a later complaint concerning the defective item I received. I won’t ever order from here again.
