Ship date was on the fence on getting the package on time or a day late. I contacted service@adiamor hoping there might be a chance to get the jewelry out in time, which Kristina reassured me it would but also noted it on the order. Just after hours PST I received the shipment confirmation. I am so grateful for the service, and the jewelry was beautiful. Thanks Adiamor team!

At the beginning, we were a bit concerned with purchasing a such big price item online, but they made it very easy, secure and reliable. From browsing for the diamond to receiving it, they were on top of it every step of the way. They were very responsive both by phone and email. Most of all. With GIA# engraved on the the edge of the diamond, it completely eliminated our concerns. The diamond ring was stunning. Everyone noticed it and my wife got much compliments. We will definitely buy from them again.

My husband selected my1.4Ct diamond from adiamor and had my engagement ring made by Adiamor. We also selected the matching wedding band to go with. Once we received it in the mail after only a few short weeks I was so pleasantly surprised! It came quickly in the mail, certified, and was packaged in beautiful shiny burgundy boxes. It came with the appraisal which was a few thousand more than what we paid for it. After about 2 1/2 months i noticed a small diamond in the basket that was missing. I emailed Adiamor right away to let them know what happened. Even though it was after the 30 day window for any returns they worked with me and did everything they could to help me out to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I asked about upgrading my bands to larger diamonds. I loved my original set but once I got it on my hands my husband and I both agreed that larger stones in the bands would look better on my hands. So Adiamor said they would accept the return and credit me the cost difference of the upgrade to my new bands. They sent me the return label and I sent my rings back and they had my diamond reset in the new bands. I also wanted them soldered together which they did as well. It all took only about 2-3 weeks to get my rings back. I also requested an updated appraisal and they were very happy to send me and updated one. All in all I would very Highly recommend Adiamor to anyone for spectacular service and quality!! I will definitely be buying from Adiamor again!!!
