Customer service is amazing though I only did live chat and emails. It is my largest online transaction to date (wow, it has been 2 decades!) but was reassured all the way. Item was well-received with a little hiccup from FedEx which caused a little anxiety but all forgotten. The setting is done well but accompanying stones were much tinier than expected. I suppose the thickness of the ring was also more slender than expected but then again they are not the main actor. The price was the best amongst the online retailers for this specific diamond and Adiamor honored the price…unlike another retailer which gave an excuse and did not honor its online list price. Very happy with the purchase! Thank you Adiamor!

Ship date was on the fence on getting the package on time or a day late. I contacted service@adiamor hoping there might be a chance to get the jewelry out in time, which Kristina reassured me it would but also noted it on the order. Just after hours PST I received the shipment confirmation. I am so grateful for the service, and the jewelry was beautiful. Thanks Adiamor team!
