Sorry - very disappointed... what came was not what BC was ordered!

Box says round base but in box was square with adapter. I wanted round that turns and you can use batteries. Please help.

I never received my item!

Every picture I saw of this product was of standard size. Unpaid 100 bucks for something the size of a pack of cigarettes!!! Very disappointed in this!! Never again wil I buy your product.

Love the 3D gift I ordered for my mother. Got it quick. One problem, I ordered " HAPPY 90TH BIRTHDAY MOM" but they forgot "MOM". Just had "HAPPY 90TH BIRTHDAY". They said I got what was ordered but can't explain why the attached document was in the box received. They offered me 50% off to reorder what I originally wanted? BE CAREFUL IF ORDERING FOR THIS COMPANY!
