Can barely make out the image. Shouldn’t have to be tilting the block a certain way with the light to make out the image. Not impressed.

I have yet to receive my order and Fedex does not reflect when is the new ETA

Two weeks and still have yet to see it, can't review something I don't know what it looks like. Money came out fast though

They sent me the wrong orde wit a dog face on my crystal instead of the picture i sent them

I loved the first one, they told me they would send me a second one free because I had it made of my 18 year old son who passed. I used the same picture, and their website changed it and put his picture in sideways with the light in his face. They wouldn't fix it so I tossed it in the garbage.
