Have ordered lots of candles for many years. 2 boxes of the last 8 boxes that arrived were all stuck together (2 boxes x 72 votives). I called customer service and the service level was awful. Had to call back a second time, still awful. I think/hope I;m getting a refund on the 2 boxes.

Unfortunately never received my item, had to wait a full 2 weeks in order to be allowed to query/rectify this and by the time that happened the items I ordered were no longer in stock. Very disappointing! I now have a Christmas table centerpiece with candle vases with no candles in them haha!

I made an order of candle vases, and weeks later I was wondering where they had got to, so checked the order status and found them to have been returned to seller. No email to state this, really not helpful so now have to organise for a replacement asap before my event. Not impressed- also using Hermes, not the best.

Terrible customer service and refund policy. 1 holder in a set broken on arrival, and I was not able to have set replaced unless I covered postage. I was offered refund for 1 holder so I haven’t actually got a set! Very poor
