Ordered 24 sets of the 3 x cyclinder vase sets, only to have all 3 shipments arrive with broken vases. Not ideal but to be expected due to the poor packaging thanks to their use of an Amazon fulfillment center. After requesting replacements, I was eventually given an ultimatum of accepting a refund or running the risk of having replacements sent which would not be replaced if arrived broken.. (which they did.) I am well aware that this review will not be published as you can choose to hide Yotpo reviews.. so I guess your use of Yotpo on your website goes a long way to show how poor your business practice is.
